Coronavirus Delays: 

Due to the recent outbreak of coronavirus in China, we have not been able to restock many of our products due to shipping delays enforced by Chinese law for safety measures. Many orders shipped after January 15th are being shipped directly from our manufacturer for the fastest delivery possible. Due to government regulations, these orders are being held in China until February 10th. We guarantee all orders will be delivered after this date. Please understand that this is out of our control and we will soon be able to offer our priority shipping again. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard Shipping: For orders to the US, our shipping estimate is 10-14 business days after the order has been shipped. For orders to the UK, our shipping estimate is 8-12 business days after the order has been shipped. For orders to Canada, Australia, and most other European countries, our shipping estimate is 10-16 business days after the order has been shipped. For other international orders, shipping estimates range from two to three weeks depending on the country of delivery. Insured/Tracked Shipping is offered at checkout for guaranteed tracking updates on your order. Priority Shipping is available for certain regions. ROVUX is not responsible for delays in delivery by the shipping carrier. Delay of delivery is not grounds for refund. 

Priority Shipping: This option is available for order to the US, Canada, Australia and Europe. The shipping estimate is 4-7 business days after the order has been shipped. Please allow 3 business days for tracking to be uploaded. ROVUX is not responsible for delays in delivery by the shipping carrier. Delay of delivery is not grounds for refund. This shipping option will be available starting February 12th.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a message containing the tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for updated tracking to become available. 

Insured/Tracked Shipping is offered at checkout for guaranteed tracking updates on your order. 

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?

Some of our products are shipped from different distribution facilities. Please allow a few extra days for the rest of your order to arrive. If you still have not received the rest of your order after a few days, please feel free to contact us at support@rovuxfootwear.com so we can locate your additional packages.

Can I return my order?
